Your leaders will quickly learn that forming positive habits and exercising discipline actually enables an  increased level of creative freedom, and while seeking perfection you can actually achieve excellence.  While careful thought has gone into the preparation our curriculums and lesson plans, we are always happy to collaborate with our partners and tailor fit programming to their specific needs.

How do we get started?  

It starts with establishing trust and rapport and the best way to accomplish this is to conduct weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions or “small group” training of 2 - 3 managers with one of our trainers. In addition to this in-person or virtual training, you will also have access to our online programming and receive email correspondence and support each week as you progress through your prescribed leadership training program.

How much does it cost?

Because each scenario is different and potentially each curriculum may be uniquely crafted, prices obviously vary.  Prices are structured around the time it takes to assemble a curriculum, the actual value of the content and the amount of time the client elects to dedicate to the instruction of the curriculum.
